Voyage Awareness

Working on a shrimp boat requires working at sea for weeks at a time. From the time the boat leaves the dock until the day it returns the voyage could be as long as 30 days, if not longer. If you are unable to work offshore for an extended period, it is your responsibility to discuss your concerns with the captain before the vessel leaves the dock.
